You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Mafiatoto platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to violate this rule will be permanently closed.
Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling regulation falls under the Betting Act 1953 and that compliance with local laws is their personal responsibility.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Rollover conditions, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry windows are specified per promotion. Misuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.
Each player is permitted one registered account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The name on your banking instrument (Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, etc.) must match your registered account name. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Mafiatoto ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Mafiatoto online gaming platform accessible at mafiatoto.cam and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
Mafiatoto operates as a licensed online gaming platform under international gaming regulatory frameworks. The Company provides online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, lottery, and related gaming services to eligible players worldwide, including players from Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya to Penang, Johor Bahru, and beyond.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any updates to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those updates.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
To register and maintain an active account on the Mafiatoto Platform, following eligibility criteria must be continuously satisfied:
4.1 Registration Process. To access the full functionality of the Mafiatoto Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each Player is strictly limited to one registered account. The opening of multiple accounts by single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is expressly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected will be suspended, and balances may be voided.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Mafiatoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
4.4 Notification of Breach. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any security breach, you must notify Mafiatoto support immediately. Any transactions processed through your account prior to notification of a security breach will be treated as authorised unless proven otherwise.
4.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be reclassified as inactive. Mafiatoto reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances or to close inactive accounts following reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Mafiatoto accepts deposits via the following Malaysian and international payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit thirty) per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
5.3 Currency All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit processing. No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions.
5.4 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources, are legally yours, and are not proceeds of criminal activity. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited.
5.5 Processing Times. DuitNow and e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. Processing times may be affected by banking system maintenance periods outside Mafiatoto's control.
5.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Mafiatoto may also impose deposit limits in accordance with responsible gambling obligations or regulatory requirements. Standard maximum deposit limits per transaction are RM50,000 for DuitNow and up to RM30,000 for other payment channels.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Processing Time. Standard withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Complex requests, high-value withdrawals, or requests requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours. Mafiatoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.4 Name Matching Requirement. The name on the withdrawal destination account — whether a Malaysian bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) or an e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — must exactly match the full name on your registered Mafiatoto account. Requests failing this check will be declined pending verification.
6.5 Wagering Completion. Withdrawals may not be processed where outstanding wagering requirements from active bonuses remain unfulfilled. Players may choose to forfeit active bonus funds to process a withdrawal, subject to the specific bonus terms.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referal bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by Mafiatoto are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Examples: a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in qualifying bets; a 20x rollover requires RM2,000.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While bonus funds remain active in your account, a maximum bet per round ofRM50 applies unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus periods may result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided.
7.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific game contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date of issue or activation (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated per promotion). Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the expiry window will be automatically forfeited.
7.6 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Players may not stack bonuses or claim the same promotion more than once using duplicate accounts or payment methods.
7.7 Bonus Abuse. Mafiatoto reserves the right to void bonus funds, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: exploitation of betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of linked accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies during bonus play.
8.1 Finality of Results. All game outcomes produced by the Platform's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and all settled sporting event results are final. The Company's determination of game outcomes and settlement of bets is conclusive.
8.2 Sports Betting Markets. Mafiatoto offers pre-match and live in-play betting on football (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, La Liga), UFC, NBA, and other sporting events. Bet settlement follows the rules applicable to each sport as published on the Platform.
8.3 Errors and Technical Faults. In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in odds or payout calculations, Mafiatoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Mafiatoto will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and sports event. These limits are displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement and may be varied without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mafiatoto Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 Mandatory Verification. Mafiatoto is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. Verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed and may be required at any stage of the account lifecycle.
10.2 Required Documentation. Players will typically be required to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent); proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet or online banking interface displaying name and account details).
10.3 Verification Timeline. Mafiatoto will endeavour to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may take longer.
10.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation upon request will result in a suspension of withdrawal rights and, following a reasonable notice period, may result in account closure. Balances in unverified accounts that cannot be attributed to a verified identity may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
11.1 Company's Right to Suspend. Mafiatoto reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account where it reasonably believes a breach of this Agreement has occurred, where the account presents a fraud risk, or where continued operation would be inconsistent with the Company's licensing obligations.
11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagering requirements and open bets will be settled in accordance with applicable rules. Verified balances net of any applicable deductions will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus funds and associated winnings acrued in breach of this Agreement will be forfeited upon account termination.
12.1 No Warranty. The Mafiatoto Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
12.2 Limitation of Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mafiatoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during that period.
12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. In no event will Mafiatoto be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.4 Third-Party Services. Mafiatoto is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party payment services including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or any cryptocurrency network. Delays or failures attributable to third-party services are outside the Company's control.
13.1 Gambling as Entertainment. Mafiatoto strongly emphasises that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a reliable source of income. All games on the Platform have a built-in house edge, and sustained profitability over time is not a realistic expectation for most players.
13.2 Responsible Gambling Tools. The Platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

14.1 Ownership. All content on the Mafiatoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audio-visual material — is the proprietary property of Mafiatoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
14.2 Limited Licence. Mafiatoto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
14.3 Prohibited Use. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software. Screen-scraping, data-mining, or automated extraction of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Mafiatoto holds its international gaming licence. The choice of governing law does not affect the statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact Mafiatoto's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Mafiatoto will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by Mafiatoto's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available upon request from our support team.
16.1 Right to Amend. Mafiatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Updates may be required to reflect changes in applicable laws or licensing conditions, new product features, or operational changes.
16.2 Notification. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
16.3 Acceptance. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
